Abstract: The water of "J" lake has been seriously eutrophied; concentration of total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and chlorophyll a were all far above the 3rd level of the National Standard of Ground Water of China. The concentration of microcystin (MCYST) of the water at one site (M) was 1865 μg/l. There were 2.36μg MCYST-LR per mg dry waterbloom powder.
